Refund Policy

What happens if something goes wrong with your subscription, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

This refund policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with an Australia IPTV subscription bought through australiaiptv.org or WhatsApp. It forms part of our terms of service. Prices are charged in US dollars (USD); any A$ figures on our website are approximate.

Before you pay

Every plan includes the same channels and features — the only difference is the plan length. Before you order, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392 with your device and the channels or sport that matter most to you, and we’ll tell you honestly whether the service is a good fit.

If the service isn’t working as described

Tell us straight away on WhatsApp and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Most problems — buffering, a missing channel, a login that won’t load — are solved in minutes by our support team. If we can’t resolve a genuine problem with the service, we’ll agree a fair remedy with you, which may be:

  • extra time added to your plan to cover the days you couldn’t watch;
  • a credit towards your next renewal; or
  • a full or partial refund, where that is the fair remedy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

If you’re a consumer in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) — including that services are provided with due care and skill, are fit for any purpose you made known to us and are supplied within a reasonable time. For a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel and obtain a refund for the unused portion. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

When a refund isn’t due

Except where the Australian Consumer Law says otherwise, we don’t normally refund a plan:

  • because you’ve changed your mind after the service was activated and working;
  • for problems caused by your internet connection, home network, device or a third-party player app that we’ve recommended alternatives for;
  • for the unused part of a plan you’ve stopped using; or
  • where access was suspended because the terms of service were broken — for example by sharing or reselling a login.

Exchange rates and bank fees

Refunds are made in US dollars to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge a foreign-currency fee, so the A$ amount you get back can differ slightly from what you paid. Those charges are set by your bank, not by us.

How to ask for a refund or remedy

Message Australia IPTV on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392 with the WhatsApp number you ordered from, your plan and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within minutes, 24/7, and to agree a remedy within 3 working days. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 working days, though your bank may take longer to show the money in your account.
