Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you buy and use an Australia IPTV subscription.
These terms of service (“terms”) apply when you buy or use an Australia IPTV subscription (“the service”) from Australia IPTV (“we”, “us”, “our”) through australiaiptv.org or WhatsApp. By ordering or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our privacy policy.
1. The service
Australia IPTV is a subscription service, the Premium 4K Server, that streams live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet to compatible devices. The features of each plan are described on our subscription page. The channels and titles available can change from time to time — for example, when channels are added, removed or rebranded, or when content providers change what they make available. We aim to keep the line-up broadly consistent with what we advertise.
2. Who can subscribe
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. You’re responsible for how the service is used on your devices, including by children in your household, and for using any parental controls your player provides.
3. Ordering and activation
You order by messaging us on WhatsApp with your chosen plan length and number of devices. Once we confirm your order and receive payment, we activate your subscription and send your login details. Your plan starts when it is activated.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Any Australian dollar (A$) amounts on our website are approximate and for reference only.
- Your bank or card provider converts the payment at its own exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. These charges are set by your bank, not by us.
- You pay for the whole plan up front. The price you pay is fixed for the length of that plan.
- We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. Changes never affect a plan you’ve already paid for.
5. Plan length, renewals and contracts
Plans run for the length you choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no minimum contract beyond the plan you buy, and plans do not renew automatically. To keep watching after your plan ends, message us on WhatsApp to renew.
6. Devices and connections
Each subscription covers the number of devices you choose when you order (from 1 to 5), meaning the number of streams that can play at the same time. You may install the service on other devices in your household, but you must not exceed your device limit. If you try to, the service may show a “too many connections” message until another stream stops.
7. Acceptable use
The service is for your household’s personal, private, non-commercial use at home and while you travel. You agree that you will not:
- share your login outside your household, or sell, rent or resell access to the service;
- show the service in a pub, club, restaurant, gym, shop, hotel or any other commercial or public venue — commercial screening requires separate licensing;
- record, copy, redistribute or rebroadcast content from the service;
- attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service in any way that breaks the law where you are.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply to you.
8. Availability and service quality
We work to keep the service available around the clock and design our infrastructure for 99.9% uptime. This is a design target, not a contractual commitment. Like any internet service, it can occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical faults, problems with third-party networks or content sources, or events outside our control. Picture quality also depends on your internet connection, home network and devices, which are outside our control.
9. Support
We provide support 24/7 on WhatsApp, including help setting up compatible devices. Not every device, app or player is compatible with the service, so we’ll recommend options that work well and help you get set up.
10. Refunds and your consumer rights
If the service isn’t working as described, tell us straight away and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. If we can’t resolve a genuine problem with the service, we’ll agree a fair remedy with you, which may include a credit, extension or refund.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access without a refund if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms — for example, by sharing your login outside your household, reselling access or using the service commercially. Where reasonable, we’ll contact you first and give you a chance to put things right. You can stop using the service at any time.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by your internet connection, your devices, third-party apps or events outside our reasonable control. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new purchases and renewals from the date it is published. If we make a significant change that affects a plan you’ve already paid for, we’ll let you know.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
